Start the Asset when the Housing Price is Spiraling DownRecent report from Case-Shiller on the U.S. housing is encouraging for costumers because it shows that the finance effort even of the personal resources now can result in a high-end housing. Of course the investment should be managed with further consideration on the data provided by the report.

It said that the finance state in housing industry per March 2011 is the worst ever after the Great Depression. In the 30s, the downward spiral of housing prices was plunging down to 33 percent. According to the report, the current spiral downward is that of 31 percent. The 2 percent difference is not insignificant though because it can means hundreds thousands of dollars for the high-end housing. The trend does not yet show any positive effect despite the recovery efforts launched by the government. But for the customers, it only means that as long as there is no deflation, they can continue to drag down the prices.

The government’s efforts in the near future can be so revolutionary so that it is wise to hurry up investing the finance resources into housing for now. There is no one to guarantee that in the next year the government will not raise the inflation rate.
