What we are supposed to do is only to fill up some new rooms with similar office equipments, utensils, furniture and all details as the head office has in it. Of course those things ought to be better and simply new – new buildings should look more prospective to public and to trust. Prestigious performance of an office building is the first impression.

In addition, some new office furniture is also necessarily important. Nothing else is the best way to attract and comfort customers rather than the pertinent office furniture. When customers come inside the office and are warmly welcomed by security service or customer service officers, they will feel being appreciated. Yet the sense will soon disappear to know that there is nowhere to sit, or the chairs available in the room don’t deserve to be seated. This situation is sometimes a common atmosphere found in several banks or financial-oriented companies that are too busy with collecting and calculating money meanwhile milieu does not support those customers who have brought their money to the place.

It is apparently somewhat ironic; the office or building is grown by the support of those customers’ money while the customers don’t get feasible service. From the situation as such, within short period the company will find an end of their business. Customers would just turn their attention as well as their trust to the other similar place just because of the inconvenient feeling and uncomfortable furniture to sit.

Again, not only those new and advance equipments, tools and furniture are needed and supplied only for the staffs of the office –either branch office or the new one –, the term of customer satisfaction is already becoming one of main missions of any business companies in the world. Therefore, do never calculate the price of appropriate office furniture for being used by someone beyond the staffs; always consider on the eligibility of customers necessity.

  2. In our place, workers in this kind of comfortable office even if its a branch doesnt do much of good customer service at all. What is more disappointing is that it is a government office. People pay for their salary, office furniture and such but their performance towards the people who pay them arent any good.
