It Was a Close Call

It Was a Close CallTo run a small business as I do always risks in financial matter. I sometimes must use up my own money or just depend on advance payment my clients give to initiate production. On some other occasions, a client does not give any down payments so the production must indeed be processed under my own budget or some loan, of course I don’t depend all production cost on the loan, just some emergency cash loans are needed.

In getting loans, there are also some troublesome because not all people or company would like to lend their money just for small amount or a very short term loan. In this case, I have a good preference of loan service in my local area. They are very good in service and always there when I need their assistance. It is because I have registered myself as small business category member, and with this membership, all members will get initial Loan Relief Act which could be used to process the business in sufficient term, time and finance. This does not annoy me so much since I could also ask their extra service anytime.

Once I experience to provide big amount of money for two urgent things; delivery cost and material purchasing. At that time, the person in charge of delivery was still unavailable so I used the very limited money for material. Then I contacted someone at the loan company that I was deeply in need of money. Shortly, he came just few minutes after the delivery person had been in front of me! It was a close call that I must always be ready for such a thing again.

Basically, without their help, I don’t think I could process any production because all production and procedural processes need cash on the spot’ getting raw materials is also in need of cash; no shops or stores could provide me or production only with advance or even balance payment. Everything must be on the spot, and this is why I must befriend with the loan service company.
